According to a Department of Justice press release,   Axion Corporation, an Alabama defense contractor, and its owner, Alexander Nooredin Latifi, have been indicted on charges of illegally exporting sensitive military technology overseas, fraud involving aircraft parts, and submitting false documents to the government.
